Plamont – Heida

Produced from a demanding terroir, it offers a distinctive nose of smoke, dried flowers and petrol. On the palate, it is crisp yet rich in texture and finely structured. It finishes with a salty note. This is the pure expression of its terroir.

Description

Plamont terroir (gneiss), at an altitude of 760 to 800 metres. Vinification and ageing in casks for 10 to 18 months depending on the vintage, followed by 6 to 18 months in bottles.
