The crystalline terroirs and high grape maturity enable us to regularly vinify a humagne with a fruity-spicy dimension, far removed from the vegetal pitfalls of the grape variety.

Description

Terroirs of Tatzes and Labérieux (loess, gneiss and granite), 565 to 670 meters altitude. Partially or totally whole-cluster vinification, aged in foudre and used barrels for 12 to 18 months, then in bottles for 3 to 18 months.
