This grape variety thrives on the gneiss soils of Fully and offers great concentration and beautiful typicity. The nose opens with black pepper, nutmeg, but also sometimes notes of leather. The attack is supple, then structures itself around a framework of firm, ripe and fresh tannins. The finish is long and silky with hints of eucalyptus and a well-controlled wildness.
