The Tatzes and Combe d’Enfer terroirs (gneiss), at an altitude of 490 to 640 metres. Vinification using whole or partially destemmed grapes, aged in used barrels and casks for 12 to 18 months, followed by 3 to 18 months in bottle.

A rare Cornalin, produced from very low yields, with great density and expressiveness, showcasing dark fruit and built for ageing. In fine vintages, it impresses with its intense fruitiness even when young (blackcurrant, blueberry) and its toasty notes. It is a structured, very dense wine that takes time to develop.
