Description
Soil type: Meulaz (gneiss), 500 metres above sea level. Vinification and ageing in used barrels for a minimum of 13 years, on the lees. Note: from 2025 onwards, all vintages will be blended and aged in a perpetual reserve in large oak casks. Bottling takes place as and when required.
