The estate’s young Arvine for ageing, in a ‘Grand Cru’ version, which displays depth, minerality and character, with excellent ageing potential. True to its sunny, crystalline terroir, it offers spicy citrus notes and a mineral edge. The wine is both powerful and refined, luminous, with pronounced minerality and freshness. An Arvine of great expression and terroir.
Terroir of Les Seyes, at an altitude of 600 to 650 metres. Lateral glacial moraines on gneiss, buried beneath loess and scree, known as ‘terres grises’ by the winegrowers. Vinification and ageing in large casks for 10 to 18 months depending on the vintage, followed by three months in bottle.
