Description
This magnificent grape variety is called Païen in the French-speaking part of Valais and Heida in the German-speaking part. Here, it has floral accents, then develops notes of exotic fruits such as mango and lime. The palate offers magnificent freshness and liveliness. After a few months in the bottle, it acquires more richness, volume and roundness.
