The terroir of Les Seyes, or Seilles, is one of the most renowned in the Fully vineyard, particularly for the quality of the white wines produced there. The gneiss and granite soils, which are several hundred million years old, are poor, stony and perfectly drained. They store the sun’s heat during the day and release it at night, reinforcing the already powerful effect of the south-facing exposure.\u00a0<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In addition to this intense light and heat, Fully also enjoys a unique climate: warm days and cool nights, especially given the high altitude, with vineyards stretching from 550 to 600 metres above sea level. This interplay of temperature variations promotes the complete ripening of the grapes, while preserving a lively acidity that is essential to the balance of great white wines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will find this in the Petite Arvine Les Seyes, but also in the Ermitage de Fully, which will become the Ermitage Coteau des Seyes. Both share a complex bouquet of citrus, spices and smoke, as well as an intense crystalline character, a fine texture, great tension and noble, mouth-watering bitterness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
