Vineyards owned by Cave des Amandiers
The result of the acquisition of vineyards from over 80 owners, the domaine’s parcels are typical of the Valais vineyards: highly fragmented, ranging in altitude from 480 to 750 meters, with exposures varying from southeast to southwest. It’s a bit like our treasure map, for blending different terroirs; or on the contrary, revealing the uniqueness of a particular place, with Fully’s particular feature of an underlying bedrock of gneiss, which gives a vibrant edge to the wines.
