Description
Humagne is characterised by low acidity and a pale colour. It can be sensitive to oxygen, hence the importance of achieving good concentration in the vineyard. On the nose, there are aromas of violet, blackcurrant and pencil lead. On the palate, the texture is similar to Pinot Noir, but with more spice and structure.
