Gamay on granite and gneiss terroirs is pure poetry ! The wine is fresh, with aromas of red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, giving it a light and crisp character. When aerated, it develops more spicy aromas of clove, white pepper and smoke. On the palate, it is an energetic, sapid and refreshing wine with a beautiful character.
