Vineyards owned by Cave des Amandiers
The result of acquiring vineyards from more than 80 owners, the estate’s plots reflect the Valais vineyards: highly fragmented and ranging in altitude from 480 to 750 metres, with exposures varying from south-east to south-west. It’s a bit like our treasure map, allowing us to blend different terroirs or, conversely, reveal the uniqueness of a particular location. Fully, for example, has an underlying gneiss bedrock that gives the wines a vibrant character.
