Leytron ist ein schiefer- und kalkhaltiger, gut durchl\u00e4ssiger Boden, der sich ideal f\u00fcr den Savagnin Blanc eignet. Der Schiefer verleiht dem Wein Mineralit\u00e4t und Finesse, w\u00e4hrend der Kalk f\u00fcr eine gute Struktur sorgt. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt \u00fcberwiegend im Tank.
