ist zu beachten, dass es einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied in der Reife zwischen dem linken Teil (Westseite) und dem rechten Teil (Ostseite) gibt. Sie profitieren daher von fast gegens\u00e4tzlichen Ausrichtungen: Der rechte Teil ist sehr hei\u00df, trocken und hat karge B\u00f6den; der Kontrast zum linken Teil, der nach Osten ausgerichtet, k\u00fchler und mit fetteren B\u00f6den ist, ist stark: Dies ist auch der Teil, der am schnellsten im Schatten des Kamms am Rand der Senke liegt. <\/p>\n\n<p>Das Terroir basiert auf alten geologischen Formationen, die aus der Bergkette Aiguilles Rouges stammen: Gneis, kristalliner Schiefer und Granit vermischen sich manchmal mit Gletschermor\u00e4nen und Kieselsteinen. Diese kargen B\u00f6den, die wenig organische Substanzen enthalten, sind sehr durchl\u00e4ssig und erm\u00f6glichen den Reben eine tiefe Verwurzelung. Die steilen H\u00e4nge erfordern den Anbau auf Terrassen, die von Trockenmauern gest\u00fctzt werden, die von Hand gebaut und instand gehalten werden. Der Zugang ist schwierig, sodass ausschlie\u00dflich manuelle Arbeit m\u00f6glich ist. Es ist ein Weinberg der Arbeit und Leidenschaft, wo jede Parzelle mit erheblicher k\u00f6rperlicher Anstrengung erobert wird. <\/p>\n\n<p>Auch das Mikroklima spielt eine wesentliche Rolle Die tags\u00fcber gespeicherte und nachts wieder abgegebene W\u00e4rme schafft ein hei\u00dfes, trockenes Klima. Auf diesem Terroir bauen wir einige Rebsorten an, darunter die sehr launische Cornalin, die nur etwa jedes zweite Jahr Ertr\u00e4ge liefert.
