Sie werden oft in Terrassen angebaut, die von Trockenmauern gest\u00fctzt werden. Diese spektakul\u00e4re Topografie in Verbindung mit einem trockenen und sonnigen Klima (\u00fcber 2000 Sonnenstunden pro Jahr) schafft perfekte Bedingungen f\u00fcr den Weinbau. Der F\u00f6hn, ein warmer und trockener Wind, tr\u00e4gt ebenfalls zur Reifung bei.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Wallis ist auch ein wahres Konservatorium f\u00fcr Rebsorten. Es gibt etwa f\u00fcnfzig Sorten, von denen einige weltweit einzigartig sind. Unter den emblematischen Rebsorten besticht die Petite Arvine durch ihre Lebhaftigkeit und Salzigkeit, w\u00e4hrend die Humagne Rouge oder die Cornalin die edle Rustikalit\u00e4t der Walliser Rotweine zum Ausdruck bringen Daneben bereichern Heida oder Pa\u00efen (Savagnin), Marsanne, Syrah, Gamay oder Pinot Noir die Vielfalt zus\u00e4tzlich. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Wallis liegt im Herzen der Schweizer Alpen und ist eine Region voller Kontraste und Licht, in der die Reben unter ebenso extremen wie idealen Bedingungen gedeihen.
