Viele dieser Weinberge wurden mit Massenselektionen endemischer und traditioneller Rebsorten neu bepflanzt, die aus der reichen Ampelographie des Wallis stammen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil befindet sich auf den Gneisen der Gemeinde Fully. Ein weiterer Teil hat seine Wurzeln in den lehm- und kalkhaltigen Schieferb\u00f6den von Leytron und den kalkhaltigen L\u00f6ssb\u00f6den der Weinberge von Saillon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute gliedert sich die Produktion des Weinguts in zwei Bereiche: Die Terroirs von Saillon\/Leytron werden unter dem Label \u00abCave des Amandiers\u00bb vermarktet, w\u00e4hrend diejenigen von Fully unter dem Label \u00abAlexandre Del\u00e9traz\u00bb angeboten werden. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201eLa Cave des Amandiers ist ein bisschen wie eine Utopie oder eher ein Traum&#8230; Ein Lebensprojekt, ganz sicher!
